This is for Samsung Big Products like AC, Washing machine, Refrigerator etc not for small products like Mobile, Tablet etc.

To repair washing machine they came with faulty Motherboard and then service engineer told us that machine need to send to workshop,after 6 days they called us machine is ready please pay the bill we will send the machine. We paid the bill they send the machine with bill. Once we received the machine we found safety cover was missing. Once we inform they said they had our safety cover they will send immediately. but We were waiting for 3 hour and machine cover did not received. We had to go out urgently. We stuck with this service. Very bad experience never want to send this workshop again.
