Pathetic! Just don't buy from them! They sold us a defective product. Be very careful while purchasing from them. They will put the blame on you so be very very careful from such people. Avoid purchasing from them at all. Even the engineers theys end to inspect in the name of experienced one are on their side. So if your new product breaks down within 5 days then you know why...

Be careful while purchasing an air conditioner from them. Even though they are only 20 years old, their service is terrible. If they don't have an air conditioner in stock, they will make you feel foolish and provide lousy service. They will always say, "Kal, I'll call you in a minute or two," but they'll never pick up. If you just want to buy an air conditioner, you can do so, but if you also want service, don't hold your breath.

I am not at all satisfied with Daikin ac. Heard a lot about daikin but it is a worst company. My advice to all never ever buy daikin ac. Within time frame of 10 months my both pcb’s and sensors were changed and still the issue is there, this is the type of AC’s Daikin is making
