I had an excellent experience at the Bhavi electronics which is authorized Canon camera service center. The reception staff was very polite and helpful, and they carefully listened to my problem. My Canon EOS R50 had an ON/OFF switch issue for months and at end of the year it just came out. Since it was under warranty, the service was provided to me totally free of cost. They already had the required original part available and repaired my camera very quickly. I submitted the camera around 11:30 AM and got a call for pickup by 3 PM, even earlier than promised (4 PM). They clearly mentioned all details on the service order sheet and handled the camera very professionally. You will get timely updates of your servicing through the SMS on the number you provided at the desk. They also cleaned the sensor area and body crevices without asking, and the camera was returned dust-free and shining like new. They asked me to check the camera properly before leaving, which I really appreciated. The service center is clean, well organized, and values customer time. Highly recommended. Suggestion for others: I reached Ahmd through train and from the station i took Rapido to Bhavi electronics so yes, reaching the store is very easy. Carry your purchase bill and warranty card. Also take the damaged part with you, as they collect it. They only take necessary items (camera body and body cap), and other than that like lens and strap will be given back to you. Everything they took from us is clearly mentioned on the service sheet. So no need to worry about keeping track of what they took.

I had my camera ESO CANON R sensor CMOS replaced on January 24, 2025. I even worked for 4/5 months after the sensor was replaced. After that, I was getting less sharpness in my camera. I noticed a white layer coming in front of the photo. This problem was fixed by them in 2 days. They also cleaned the fungus in the 24-105 mm lens. Excellent service, so nice people. They repaired my Fuji film camera which no other could do it. I would recommend them for any camera work.
