Vorkup Ac Service & Repair

I had booked for washing machine service which they charged 999/- and next day there was problem occured as my spin was not working so i contacted them so another technician came and said there are issue with jumper so that changed that with new one and still the issue was not resolved. Another technician came on 3rd day and found the issue is with wiring and after resolving that the issue has been resolved. So there was no issue with jumper still they changed it and charged me 1800/- plus 450/- for wiring. So there is no warranty here. Their technician doesnt know the fault and change parts as per them and charge us. After change jumper set the issue was still not resolved actual issue was of wiring which ideally was not there before i opted for service and came after their person serviced. So kindly don't opt for any services from this company. I really had bad experience and i had to pay aa lot than service charge. There is nothing covered in warranty and they charge for every visit. Kindly don't waste your money opting foe their washing machine service. Poor quality service and support from company.

After servicing my washing machine, I encountered an error code and malfunction, the technician should have visited and supposedly fixed the issue. However, they did not take my issue on priority and the machine continued to throw the same error and didn't work as expected. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of follow-up and priority from the company despite my repeated attempts to reach out. I made 5-6 calls and sent multiple messages, but my concerns were ignored, and no further action was taken. As a customer, it's unacceptable to be left without a resolution or even a courtesy call to discuss the issue. The lack of attention to customer needs and concerns is alarming. I hope Vorkup takes my feedback seriously and improves their service standards to prioritize customer satisfaction. Until then, I would advise others to think twice before availing their services.

This is a very bad service, they spoiled my washing machine, they came for 3 days and asked for the whole day and took extra money also, this is a fraud, this company should be closed. No one should appoint this agency

Very very unprofessional. They have no value of Time. Mene 1 week pahele hi 5 ac Servicebook karvaya tha fir bhi they dont come aur next day 3 pa ka bola fir another next day morning 10 am ka bola fir 4 pm ka bola fir aur next day ka bola. They have no value of customer. Fir mene urban company me book karaya to sirf 30 minutes me they arrived

The vork up team had damaged motor of my AC at the time of service and promised that they would get it changed. Now even after 1 month of continuous follow up I am yet to receive any reply on complaint done by me. This is very unprofessional. Moreover there is no response to my call or watsapp. Pathetic service
