My experience with HiFi AC in Navrangpura was refreshingly different. I called them to check on my 1.5 ton Daikin inverter AC that had suddenly stopped cooling. The woman on the phone was polite, took down all the details, and scheduled a technician visit for the same evening. True to their word, a technician arrived right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and ran a full diagnostic before suggesting any repair. Turned out the issue was a faulty PCB. He explained the cost, gave me options (repair or replace), and didn’t pressure me into a decision. I really appreciated that transparency. I went ahead with the replacement and they sourced the part and installed it the next day. It wasn’t the cheapest service, but definitely fair for the quality of work and the professionalism shown. Wasted two days with these guys. I wanted a split AC to be installed. They said they will send someone but kept delaying without informing. Then they even stopped taking my call. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Most of the reviews seem fake. Beware of them.
