Lotus Aircon- Car AC & Battery

** GENUINE REVIEW BY CUSTOMER ** LONG READ: Hello, I was facing AC issue in my car and I found LOTUS AIRCON from google and after checking it's reviews I visited LOTUS and explained car AC issue I was facing to them. They suggested me to change one component and do AC flush to fix issue and I confirmed them to proceed ahead. After work when I asked them to saw to old part came out of car then they started showing their attitude and giving random reason to not to show it. After repair when I went to check car then I found that car AC I was facing was not resolved and still same problem was occurring again. So, I informed workshop owner SAPATH that I will visit again. Later when I again went to their workshop and discussed with mechanic then after checking car he told me to again replace another component related to AC system. When I asked for reason why it was not resolved earlier when first repair was done to which mechanic replies me that "AC me to aise to part badal badal kar change karna padta hai, direct pata nahi lagta" (translation: In AC repair, we need to do trial and error by just changing parts one by one). This statement says that LOTUS AIRCON mechanics are just doing trial and error on customer's car and charging hefty money. During initial check-up, I ask one of workshop mechanic that what is pressure shown in AC pressure gauge then he was unable to read gauge as well. This means non-qualified person is working here. On top of that, owner has his own attitude problem. While discussing with him, he continues to use his mobile and does not pays attention to customer. Second time, owner SAPATH does not even bother to come out of cabin to attend and listen customer problem. So, pls do not go by google review mentioned for LOTUS AIRCON. Looks like most of them are fake reviews. Take your car somewhere else.
