*1/5 stars* "Extremely disappointed with Delight Service and Maintenance Agency, an authorized LG service center. Their workmanship on my LG AC repair was ultra-poor. Despite claiming to be professionals, they demonstrated a blatant disregard for proper procedures. The damage caused by brazing heat is evident in photos, and it's clear they didn't take necessary precautions. Avoid this agency at all costs! Poor workmanship, lack of expertise, and unprofessional service. Not recommended."

Worst Services by Delight.... I just bought and installed the LG AC and works good when installed person was ther and after some room cleaning when we start it shows error "EO" and when we contacted the person who installed AC was not coming says contact LG cust. and do complain there... Now the Delight services person are behaving rudely on phone like its our fault not taken my complain keep the phone Aside. I bought it from Vijay Sales. When 1st we contacted the person installed AC says i am home with family i come and see tomorrow when i call in morning he says i come at 12 noon again called then says i come @ 02:30 pm after that i called him he says Delight Services not allowed me to visit and see the fault i am not coming contact LG services they send someone else... Worst experience ever i seen in my Life... My previous AC was O'General and i upgraded it from 1 ton to 1.5 ton...

Very poor service support and lack of technical knowledge from the engineer. This is the third time the engineer is visiting to repair my AC within just three months. I will be writing to LG to request that they review the quality of service provided by their service agents and take corrective measures to improve the system so that customers do not have to face such repeated inconvenience in the future.

Worst ever service by you for my LG side by side refrigerator. Your technician not even clean compressor during service. After service, my fridge is not giving cooling and i have lots of daily materials which store in fridge. Very very very poor service.
