O General Carrier AC Authorized Service Center

Despite the brand's esteemed reputation, my experience with their AC service was unexpectedly poor. The service providers lacked basic communication skills and failed to handle customer inquiries effectively. One individual, Tasleem Raza, his arrogance and unprofessional behavior, was unexpected, Raza's demeanor towards customers has led to dissatisfaction and tarnished the brand's image.

We purchased a split AC from Carrier through FlipKart. First of all, the installation guy had no knowledge, while installing the AC he made a gas leak which led to malfunction of the AC. Secondly, when we registered the complaint, we had a terrible experience with Tasleem Raza at carrier authorised service center in Prayagraj. His behaviour is extremely rude and he has no sense on how to talk or deal with customers, very ill mannered person I must say. How can we as customers be satisfied with the quality of service that we get even after spending half a lakh rupees! I think the company needs to monitor all their employees and further evaluate our feedbacks! I don’t think any customer would be satisfied by the way of this person’s behaviour towards them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tasleem Raza at the Carrier authorized service center. His behavior was incredibly rude and ill-mannered, making the entire interaction unbearable. It's shocking that Carrier allows someone with such a lack of professionalism to represent their brand. This kind of treatment towards customers is completely unacceptable. Carrier must take immediate and strict action against him to prevent further damage to their reputation. I am deeply dissatisfied and expect better from a company of Carrier's stature. -

Tasleem Raza is Very rude this guy hus behaviour is very mannerless, he doesn’t have basic manners on how to converse w people, company should look into this guy. Otherwise I will go to court against him.

Very rude and ill mannered person - Tasleem Raza. Being authorised service centre of carrier and treating customers like this is not at all acceptable. Carrier needs to take strict action against him.
