I have received very bad service, I had booked air conditioner cleaning from Sampark Enterprise after seeing its reviews, the technician who was appointed to me from Sampark Enterprise did not take any precautions to protect the unit from water while cleaning the AC, water was completely poured and spread in the wires of indoor and outdoor unit, while talking to the technician his behavior was that it will get cleaned as much as it is cleaned, after that when I contacted Sampark Enterprises they told that they send technicians by contacting third party, they do not have their own trained cleaning professionals, I don't even know whether my air conditioner will be able to run in the next season ..Also, if you are looking for air conditioner cleaning from sampark enterprises then do not book them , they send third party (from outside), they do not have any responsibility at all , rather solving your problems they will give u stupid excuses ...And I am writing this 100% genuine review which I have experienced, I will never recommend anyone to take service from here, worst and pathetic experience, 0 out of 5 stars..I have a small request to you Sampark Enterprises, if you do not have your own trained professional then you should tell this to the customer, that you contact a third party professional .Stupid and duffer professional , Waste of money ...If you take service from here then be ready to run your appliances again in proper condition at your own risk ...
