Sumit dealt with the sale and installation of the AC for us. His dealing was clear and polite. We although had a very bad experience by the installation team of Panasonic. They took 9 days to install the AC, with every day making us wait by leaving work by saying it will be done today. I am not sure if I will buy panasonic again, but I do know that Sumit tried his best to get the service centre to keep it's promise. So, I deduct 1 star. Because even though the dealer cannot install the AC but it needs to have ways of getting pressure put on service centre through the brand. Else brand installation should not be compulsory for warranty (which I hope panasonic will not harass with, like in installation.
