Great Product, But Terrible Installation Experience The monitor itself is excellent — great display quality and performance, no complaints on the product. However, my experience with the installation service has been extremely disappointing. Since I purchased the monitor directly from the LG website and opted for a wall mount, I raised an installation request immediately after delivery. LG assigned the task to their Banashankari Service Centre (Address: LG Service Centre - Bangalore 2, 335, Krishna Rajendra Rd, near Tata Silk Farm, Shastri Nagar, Banashankari Stage II, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560070). Unfortunately, this is where the problems began. It has now been over 3 weeks, and the installation has still not been completed. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, the service team keeps giving false promises — “we’ll come in an hour” or “tomorrow for sure” — and none of them have been kept. I have interacted with Mr. Chandrashekhar (Manager), Ms. Suma, and the assigned technician Mr. Praveen, all of whom repeatedly assured me of service but failed to deliver. To make things worse, they even cancelled the request without informing me. I’ve raised the installation request twice, and both times I faced the same issue — no accountability, no professionalism, and no resolution. LG Team – Please take serious note of this. Your product quality is commendable, but service like this from your authorized centres can severely damage your brand’s reputation. Customers expect better support, especially after buying directly from your official platform.
