Dear Tata Motors Customer Care, I am writing to formally bring to your attention my extremely disappointing experience with Kopex Tata Motors, Electronic City Branch, regarding the 2-year service of my Tata Punch. On 22-Sep-2025, I had given my vehicle for its scheduled service. I was informed that the service was completed within 4 hours and was asked to pick it up. Since I could not collect it the same day, I went the next day around 12:30 PM. After making a payment of approximately ₹9,000, my car was handed over to me in a very unsatisfactory condition. To my shock: The vehicle was extremely dirty. Basic functionality checks were not carried out. The petrol lid was not opening automatically. The fog lights were not working. Even the service manager was not aware of these issues. Considering the amount charged, I am not confident about the quality or completeness of the service performed. This has caused me significant inconvenience and has shaken my trust in the service standards of Tata Motors. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest, arrange for a thorough re-inspection of my vehicle, and take appropriate action against the service center to ensure such lapses do not occur in the future.

I am completely disappointed with the experience at this Kropex Tata car service centre. I went for my car’s first service, but the staff were rude and unprofessional from the start. Due to lack of time they took the car inside and bought out as they cannot do the service now so asked to come tomorrow, but I had kept some cash inside my car, the money was missing. The service itself was not even done they just took the car to the parking area and returned it saying come tomorrow. When I tried to report this to the management, he completely ignored me and walked away while I was still talking. This is unacceptable and extremely hurtful. I trusted Tata, but this experience has totally broken my trust. I request higher Tata officials to take strict action no customer should be treated or cheated like this.

I have grown up hearing about reliability TATA MOTORS all my life. So it was decided that I would buy Punch EV. After a year of driving the car, the batter life started dropping from 40% to 10% randomly. The first time I gave it for service Mr.Ravi kept the car for a month and a half and returned it saying the team checked n there was no issue. The next day the battery percentage fell again and now it's been more than 45 days. When we call them these are the explanations: 1. The battery was drained completely ma'am, ur is charging now. ( But it's a car with great tech advancement. So if the battery was drained, I would get the notification. I DIDN'T. 2. "Our drivers will take it out and drive it till we cross a few tolls so we know the performance. We took it out but it didn't stop!" Again, no toll amount deducted from my fastag. 3. Our engineers came and checked with laptop and found no issue. ( I don't even know what to say anymore). 4. "They will do test A B C and revert back in 3 days." It's been 45 days. All I hear are sad pathetic excuses. I have paid 3 EMI'S without driving my car for the last 3 months. My suggestion is please boycott TATA entirely. I don't think it lives upto it's reliable standards anymore. A bullock cart is better and you won't end up spending as much. If there was an option of giving you a minus grade, believe me, I would've.
