Onida Service Center in Bangalore

It was an expensive fix. Our Onida tv of 30" was found to have a problem, and we called the service center on a Saturday about three weeks back. A person came and accepted an advance payment of INR 1000. For the want of available professionals that late in the week, a professional was sent on Monday to pick up the TV. Later on Wednesday it was found to have a burnt motherboard which was why the remote or the TV didn't respond to any of the remote's buttons or those on the TV itself. I was intimated this and a quote was sent to me excluding GST, so be prepared to pay additional 18%. The problem was fixed and the TV brought back on Friday, six days since we called for service. It cost us overall INR 7,630 including GST which was pretty high compared to another such service which cost half as much for a TV of size 3/4th as much. At time time we decided to carry on with it anyway and no offence because we were told in advance although without including GST.
