Took my car for the routine service and had a small issues which even the showroom guys was not able to find in the past two service. Anirudh was very prompt and explained all the necessary work and never tried to oversell any parts changes. You will have to take prior appointment, as its a small place and most of the time full with German cars. They will check the vehicle and then tell you the necessary parts required, they don't keep much parts in ready stock. But he will keep you informed on all the updates and is very patient to explain everything to you. Even after I picked up the car I had contacted him twice and he took his time and helped. Cost wise am not an expert to tell as this is the 1st time I have serviced my car outside the company showroom, so not sure about the OEM parts rates and labor charges. So far am very happy with the experience i had.
