Went there for fixing my runner 2010 alto after a friend of mine suggested this place. The owner running the place saw the problem and clearly explained the solutions available and also explained which is feasible considering the age of the car. I am giving this review after 3 months of service done for my car - Hyundai Getz Prime. Earlier I had opted online services from pitstop, gomechanic and the overall work was not satisfactory. So I was looking for a local mechanic shop whom I can trust and handover the issues without thinking too much. I came across Quality Motors in Basapura and spoke to person named Munawer. He was so kind and soft spoken. I have zero knowledge about cars and he addressed all my doubts patiently. My car was having lot of vibrations bcz of which the feel of the drive was not good. He had fixed all the minor and major issues and the car drive feel after the service has become so better. The important fact is that he suggests clearly which issue needs to be fixed on priority and which can be fixed later and the decision is left to us so that we can decide based on our budget. I definitely recommend this service centre to others and he is my go to person for any issues related to my car going forward.
