Hi-Tech Air conditioning & REFRIGERATION

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. We booked this vendor for installation of 3 AC units, and the entire process was a nightmare. They sent completely untrained and inexperienced technicians who messed up the work and dragged the installation for days. Later, they sent another so-called “experienced” person who replaced the copper pipes and refilled the gas and charged us almost ₹15,000 extra! Even after that, the ACs are not working properly because of poor-quality copper pipe installation and gas leakage. This vendor clearly lacks professionalism, proper tools, and skilled staff. Their team wastes time, money, and causes a lot of stress. Highly unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. Please avoid this vendor at any cost.

So lousy and unprofessional bunch of crooks! We have asked to do service and shift Ac'S for our office and tilldate they are noyt working, After taking money they disappared and do not take our calls. GIVEN A CHOICE AVOID THEM !

Final update: I got my remote back They charged me 24k for copper pipe, pump and did not even get the AC started claiming that it is electrician work. Moreover the technician took away my AC remote and first said that he does not have it. Now after multiple follow ups he said that he found the remote in his vehicle boot.

Had a peaceful ac service experience

Very poor service. I would definitely mot recommend anyone for their service. Very disappointed. Ended up shelling out 5.85k for installation. Please be very careful when taking their service. I'm writing this review a minute after paying them. They will convince them that the gas is low - ask them to show gas levels before even starting work. Otherwise, there is no way to know once the job is done. This cost 2.5k. They said they needed 3m copper pipe, and I had to explain to them that only 1m is required - and after I explained, they agreed to 1m and finished the job. The quote was 4k, and I ended up paying 1.35k. Also, it seems like most customers end up having to pay for either extra pipe length or gas or mounting bolts. Cost me 5.85k for installing split ac and right outside the balcony and not even some complex installation.
