Lloyd Air conditioner

I recently purchased an lloyd Split AC from Flipkart, after the installation the outer unit compressor wasn't working. Then the Flipkart technician repacked everything just leaving the wiring... When the Flipkart customer agent told me to reach the company and ask for a replacement. Firstly the customer agent was not at all helpful and attentive to my problem. He had sent a technician from lloyd company. Who were rude and instead of resolving my issue they just left saying first install the AC for me to check!! And then I'll come and check..!!! Dude..!! When you're the freaking technician yourself, why didn't you install it even though the wiring was already done..!!! The freaking AC is just packed in the boxes sitting in my home from past 15/20 days now. Worst service.

Worst company with unprofessional technicians and worst service. The product is sold with many hidden charges..and the customer service is not aware of the break up of charges..they only repeat the the words " company policy". please DON'T buy or recommend Lloyd to any one. Private companies provide good service for minimal charges for installation unlike Lloyd... worst company, worst service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Havells AC Installation - Poor Service Rating: 0 star Disappointed with the service experience. I booked an AC installation five days ago but haven't received any service despite following up multiple times. No calls were made to explain the delay or schedule the installation. The customer service representatives seem inexperienced and unable to provide clear information. They kept promising a call back within 24 hours, which never happened. They even claimed technical difficulties when trying to access the company website to check the request status. Waiting on hold for 10 minutes just to connect with customer service is unacceptable, only to be told they can't help. The whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time. Considering switching brands due to the lack of service. It seems faster to buy a new AC than wait for installation from Havells.

Very unprofessional. Disconnected the call the first time when we asked specific questions regarding the service and when we called again, as soon as they recognised our voice, they disconnected. I hope nobody takes any services through them. They might consort to scamming others soon if the support is like this. Would've given negative star rating if that was an option.
