While many people tend to choose Urban Company for such services due to their popularity and perceived reliability, my personal experience tells a different story. I had previously opted for Urban Company and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. They not only overcharged but also misdiagnosed the issue. In my case, the technician claimed that the AC’s PCB board was faulty and quoted around ₹5000 for the repair, stating it would take two days. I wasn’t convinced, so I decided to get a second opinion. That’s when I came across this team through a Google search—and I can confidently say the positive reviews are well-deserved. Nawaz, Tanvir, and Vinod were incredibly professional and honest. They identified the real issue, which turned out to be just a loose wiring connection—nothing wrong with the PCB at all. I’m genuinely grateful I didn’t go ahead with Urban Company’s misleading diagnosis. If you’re facing any AC-related problems, I highly recommend this team. I had got an ac installed through Daikin authorised service team. They did an extremely shabby job and pushed back on all solutions which were proposed to them. I was so frustrated with the installation that I decided to contact KU for a site visit simply for peace of mind. They heard me out understood my frustration and reinstalled the units where I asked them to. It was a pretty complicated installation which felt seamless thanks to the team. Extremely professional team with a can do attitude was a big plus when you don’t have a proper provision from the builder’s end and the flat is on the 10th floor .
