Very bad experience with Alic engineers, they are fraudsters. They make fake promises while convincing you and later deliver different product amd charge you for higher quality product. I ordered a 3 star carrier AC - 1445 watt, but they delivered 1350 watt AC and when i denied to accept this product, first they tried to manipulate and later deducted my money. So be cautious of these fraudsters.
