One of the worst experience with him ab. Mai ek se kam rating nahi de sakta unprofessional behaviour once u purchasing item very polite but after having that if there is any problem with it he is very arrogant and unprofessional even part in warranty periods

Very unprofessional work from cooling zone and Tushar and team they haven't completed the work takes all money and didn't refund also and when I asked for refund money didn't answer the call and block me in WhatsApp. I will never recommend anyone this. Very bad service and behaviour from cooling zone team.

Horrible experience. I got 4 acs ftom him and 2 earlier so total 6. He is very nice once it comes to buying the AC. The moment u ask for any after sales service he won’t even pick up the call or respond to WhatsApp. Strictly to be avoided.

We got two AC from cooling zone. Both were not prooperly installed causing water leakage. Despite multiple complaints they did not fix it. They do not have good service customer service. Will recommend to check other companies who provide better service.
