I visited to change my Philips food processor motor, as individual part(coil)are not available, they call me to give my old motor for some parts, when I visited, the motor which they are going to change are totally different from my motor, but they are convincing that this is correct model. So I refused and visited another service center which is quite near to them. Then I find the exactly same motor for my model.

Very slow services provided by them, they used to play with the patience of customers, and never ever receive a call on time, they told that we will confirm you in 10 minutes but it goes upto 4- 5 days.

Got my Iron repaired recently as it is of Philips brand. Repaired well but there are points which I disliked. Attitude is very professional as well as charges but services and responses are not at all professional. In spite of paying service/ labour charge beforehand, I was not given any information of parts to be changed, or how much expenses I would need to pay. After 4 days ,I called up and took information that too I was provided after long wait. There was no delivery date, when product would be ready. So after a week's time, I called up again to inquire to come to know that it was ready to be picked. I showed this disappointment to front staff too but perhaps it was taken casually. I hope, the staff would become more proactive for customer information.

We contacted them for Steam iron Repair. They said they are the authorised by Philips whereas they don't have the Certificate of Kitchen and Personal Care appliances. They have committed fraud with us our Steam iron didn't work even for a 1 month. Be carefull and don't get scammed by them. They are big liar.

I'm from raipur,Maine yaha apni jvc music system repair k liye dala nd inhone mujhse labour cost 550rs liya nd parts not available boldiya nd refund ni honge bol diya . * Bhopal ka sabse ghatiya , wahiyad, cheap beahiour employess nd most hilarious thing that even owner must be involved on this 😂😂 cheap owner place hai ye so pleasee guys be aware. I've never seen this type of bullshit in my life . I hope the owner is now enjoying those 550 with his family and feeding his family well .
