Smart service centers

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this repair center. I paid ₹5000 for their so-called “service,” and all they did was a few minor modifications that didn’t solve the actual issue at all. The problem is still exactly the same — nothing was fixed. After taking the money, they completely stopped answering my calls and messages. The center itself and their technician, Ashutosh Behera, have shown zero accountability. This is not just poor service — it’s plain cheating and highly unprofessional behavior. People deserve to know the truth: this place is unreliable, irresponsible, and only interested in taking money, not in providing real solutions. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here. They talk big before payment and then vanish when things go wrong. Absolutely pathetic experience — I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone.

It's absolutely a fraud firm. Be careful before spending. It must be black listed. Worst services I have ever experienced. I feel like cheated. They charged 4200/- but nothing happened. The problem is not fixed . The worst part is non of their persons responding after receiving of payment .

Really bad service..after charging 6.5k and giving 3 months fake warranty. My tv is worse than before after the 2nd day. They only pick up the call and never come. Never trust their fake paid reviews
