It’s been over 2 months since AC Expert Services took the PCB board of my refrigerator for “repair,” and till today, I have neither received the part back nor any proper response. My repeated calls and messages are being ignored completely. Now, to make things worse, the address they provided on Google Maps leads to nowhere — there’s no sign of their business at that location. This is clear cheating and breach of trust. Because of their actions, my refrigerator has been lying useless for months, causing me extreme inconvenience, financial loss, and mental distress. Their behavior is completely unprofessional, unethical, and feels like a deliberate attempt to defraud customers. I demand immediate return of my PCB board or full compensation for the damage caused. I also urge others to stay away from AC Expert Services to avoid falling victim to the same fraudulent practices.
