Untrained Staff. Very bad experience. While installing split AC the mechanic damaged the Main BEAM on which building is weighed. There were other options to get the hole for pipe by breaking glass of window or making the hole on the upper side of beam.. Be careful from such services. May see pic of damage.

Third class service, they were in rush, serviced AC in just 15 minutes. It’s better to call professionals from Urban Company. They told that they will collect the AC foam and tape trash in a polythene after service. All the tiles and floor was full of tape, foam and dirt. Nobody asked them to clean the washroom, but they should have collected the trash when they promised in the beginning. Pathetic service. Even the service man told that there is no trash. He just messed up everything. It took half an hour to clean up. NEVER CALL THESE STUPIDS
