This situation creates a bottleneck, preventing prompt resolution of customer issues. To improve the customer experience, additional personnel are urgently required to support the existing executive. Ensuring adequate staffing is crucial for efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Very Bad Experience with Samsung Phones and Service! I bought a brand new Samsung S24 Ultra last year. Recently, I gave my phone to the Samsung service center to replace the back glass. They replaced the display with a used or repaired one from another phone without my knowledge! Within a week, the display stopped working. When I went back to them, they shamelessly said, “We gave you a working phone.” These people are cheaters – they remove and replace genuine parts from customers’ phones. Be very careful before giving your phone to them for repair!
