I brought my samsung ultra with broken screen folder was greeted by friendly staff and got my phone repaired in just 24 hours by Chaman ji I recommend everyone to visit the store for new phone and for repair

Amazing service centre Low wait time and prompt service. Engineer Mr chaman is very nice and experienced person.

Do not buy a phone from this service centre and do not take your phone here for repair. The management and service team are completely incompetent and without honour. I purchased a Samsung S23 phone from them. Out of warranty I paid Rs9000 twice to have the screen repaired for damage. The second time it was repaired it was not done correctly. I live in Himachal Pradesh. in a remote area. I had to send my phone to Chandigarh and it took 3 weeks to repair. when I got it back it was faulty and it took me a few weeks to return to Chandigarh to have it repaired under warranty. At that time I had just 2 days as I was going out of the country. They told me they would take 3 days to get the parts in. At the time it was not possible to leave the phone. Instead I took the phone with me overseas and be inconvenienced with a phone that was not working correctly. I could not even answer calls., I asked them at the time to preorder the part, they told me they could not. When I returned after a month I returned to the store and they told me I would have to leave the phone for between 3 days to 1 week or even 10 days. In reality it took 2 weeks for the part to arrive. Once I was informed I made arrangements for my phone to be sent to Chandigarh, only to be told that my phone was 3 days out of warranty and therefore Samsung refuses to repair my phone,. For three months I was inconvenienced with a phone that was not repaired properly. I had to return to the store multiple times attempting to get it repaired. Only to0 be told again and again that they did not have the parts. All the while I was inconvenienced with a phone that did not work. The entire process has been handled with complete unprofessionalism and a complete lack of willingness to accept responsibility for inadequate repairs and a lack of parts availability. The end result - months of inconvenience and a phone which does not work,. I will never buy a Samsung product again. I will not be repairing this phone. I will be buying an iPhone. I suggest you do too. Neither Jaswinder the manager or Chaman the service repair person have the professionalism or personal integrity to deliver high qualitty products that Samsung wants people to believe that they offer.
