We bought O-General one ton AC 3 years back from this shop. We were very satisfied with the product. Yesterday we bought the same product from the same shop second time. Behaviour of the shop owner is very nice & too cooperative. Rates are also very reasonable. I strongly recommend this shop & O-General AC.

Pls don't buy anything from this shop we bought o general Ac from this shop after installation next day it wasn't cooling properly.i thought they gave us assembled or old products even when we opened the Ac it was not packed with thermacoal safety there was not Ac mannual next day we called the customer care center they said there is no gas inside the Ac. it means they gave e us old OR assembled product plz stop buying any thing from this shop they delivered deffective,old,assembled product.we will not buy anything from this shop n future or even tell everyone in our circle..stop buying. In our town many other shops are there who give us much better product or service...if anyone read this review think twice to buy anything from this shop...aaj Kal fraud bhut hai Nakli product dediya....Agar le liya hai toh apne saamne car may delivery ley otherwise they changed the product and give you deffective product.bad experience ...

pathetic service.. Bought Carrier AC from them it's been third day after buying AC..no one is coming for installation....Called thousand times at Landline and mobile number provided by them...No one is picking the call....Iam trapped.. Feeling like returning back the AC...Called Carrier customer care...but the number provided is invalid...They deserve a big ZERO,.even one star is waste ..but unfortunately there is no choice of giving no stars....please don't buy products from this centre ...They don't value their customers

very bad service no one is coming for installation and not even picking calls management is poor
