Despite seeking support for this issue, the unit has failed to perform its basic function, which is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Secondly, the customer service is appalling. I have made numerous attempts to contact Hitachi for support, but my calls have repeatedly gone unanswered. The lack of responsiveness from their customer service team is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers who are in need of assistance. It is evident that Hitachi does not prioritize customer satisfaction or after-sales service. I am deeply regretting my decision to purchase a Hitachi air conditioner. This entire experience has been a complete letdown, from the product's performance to the inadequate customer service. I expected much better from a brand with such a strong reputation. Unfortunately, I have received neither the reliability nor the support I anticipated. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Hitachi.
