We bought 3 Carrier AC's from Pinky Radios in Sec 35 on 12th July and it was one of the worst decisions of our lives to choose this shop and the brand Carrier. It has one of the poorest after sales service. Our AC 's were installed in our newly constructed house and we moved into it a month later and when we wanted to use them they were not working.We made almost 4 to 5 calls daily to the service centre and with great difficulty there was one response and till date our AC's are not working.

Very worst experience with carrier service I have purched invertor ac on 2022 but in 2024 our ac not working and service center person come and checked pcb issue we call customer care many time and sending email but no one responding the call and after 20 days problem still not resolved I called several time in customer service but every time he is not picking my call. I'm not recommend to purchase carrier ac anyone
