Very poor workmanship. No efficient supervisory control hence the technicians do a shabby job. I do not recommend them.

Amazing knowledgeable and responsible technician it’s very rare to find them in this particular industry. It gave me a confidence to use their the service in future by saving contact . Really good work for very reasonable price . Aswin sir and team shaped up and capable to do customer needs .

We were considering getting an AC installation for our house, so we asked for quotations from several companies... However, we found that their installation charges and quotations didn't suit us ... after that we have got approach from technocools and we are intrested with their previous wrkzz and approach.. Two weeks later, we confirmed the project with them. Their team installed the AC exactly as we requested and within our timeline without any delay,,. They thoroughly checked everything and explained all the maintenance details to us . I would highly recommend technocools to everyone..

Techno cools servicing is poor . We called them for our one of the split AC service they came told they have to take both indoor and out door unit . At the time of removal of the unit they told the estimation of Rs.6500 to 7000 . Also they have not mentioned any transportation charges. After 4 days they sent the quotation of Rs.17500/- plus transportation charges and that too they have done the services, testing etc., Within the month, now the AC is not working. Now I called the person who is attending the phone calls day before yesterday , she told on priority the person will come ( within 2 days ) today I called her at 10.45 she told she will check with the team and revert back . Till 12 o'clock she never called. Again I called her she told she will send a person in the evening. Also she informed they will attend the call priority on AMC basis. All the AMC persons look in to this they attending the same as per this priority. Techno Cools are not doing the professional way. They are charging without getting prior approval from the persons.

Kind attn: The owner. Our intension is not to blame. Your technician took the AC and informed it may cost about Rs 6500 . But on 5th April your person sent a qoute of Rs 17287 including GST. We asked to return without repair and will pay transportation charge. But it was brought on 10 th April and we were told the repairing is done already. Then the question came that how you have repaired with our approval of the amount. Finally it was agreed to pay Rs 7350 and paid this amount . For your information
