Please stay away from these scamsters. They will charge 3-4x than the prescribed price and try to make it look like the machine is faulty. We were charged 660 per pack of cleaning powder for washing machine and were told that we need to use 4 packs, when the machine was absolutely alright. These guys don't understand the basic etiquettes of a business and I am sure that they will not exist for more than a few years or months.

worst service.. Got tired calling them for service. Even After complaining for 3 months continuously, no proper service or response was there from their side till now They are aiming in selling scalegon powder and detergent liquid Engineers are doing their best. But.. Service centre response is irritating.. Not attending call and not allocating correct person..

We raised concern for cleaning wash drum. Looks like sevice is pricy. service person didn't inform us on how many packets he is going to use for cleaning. I agree on the part that machine was clogged but he might have informed us before using the cleaning powder. he just like that used 6 packs - 18 sachets, each pack cost 660Rs. when everything that powder does then what's the part of the service person? he just like the opened sachets put that in...that's it!!! he didn't even carried any brush or wiping clothes to clean...we gave our home use things. Even after cleaning also we found the particles in drum, so again he was called in the evening to clean again. Now it looks clean but I am not sure until next use. Service person should inform us regarding the procedure and the price before doing. It looks unfair as until finishing we are not at all informed of the packets used. Please make sure to follow fair practices. At the end the service charge Rs.5000 was 20% of the machine cost.

Service person was forcing me to buy and use scalegon powder. Initially he said we have to scalegon powder and said one pocket is enough. That time, he didn't know I already have 2 pockets. I gave that to him to use and started telling we will use these and if needed we will use another one. Later, without asking me he started opening the new one from his bag. I stopped him and said not to use and he literally forced me to buy and use. When I asked the price m, he said 660 rupees per pocket. But I bought 2 pockets for 198 rupees from Flipkart. I didn't buy from him and behaviour changed. Finally he asked me my mobile and said he has to give feedback and take photo of that to send to his company as a proof. He himself rated 5 stars in review. Now I am changing it to one star. Customers don't encourage these types of services
