Mr. Vasanth from Whilrophol Washing Machine Service did an outstanding job at my home today. He quickly and accurately identified the problem, and with great patience, replaced the entire drum within a day.I am extremely satisfied with his work and highly appreciate his excellent service.

Never book appointments with them. For the washing machine they will take a look and say some parts have broken down or some part needs replacing. They are just trying to sell the spares they have and replace perfectly working parts. And they will empty a generous amount of Scalegon and pop it in the machine and say you need at least 6-7 packs of this, they make it at the top of their head. They will say it will work fine and leave for the day. The very next day you will find the same issue and call them up and that's when they will start delaying. The next day they will bring a senior technician and will actually fix the issue and that's when you realise the actual issue was not the parts or the scalegon. They promise a warranty of six months, and you will get the same exact isses inside 2 months. This time, the same issue but it's apparently because of a sensor and capacitor and you have no choice but to pay for the parts and labor. The very next day.. the same issue, this time they will drag and drag and not show up. I had called them on 25th December and they replaced the sensor and capacitor and for the past 2 weeks i have been calling them to come take a look.

I had very good experience with the Bharath who can attend demo for washing machine, they can clearly explain the function and the maintain process. I'm very satisfied.

Whirlpool Service was completed today, entire drum, machine and deep clean which was done by sivanesh. Very happy with the service overall.

Oh! no. I just went by the ratings and got screwed up. One of their technicians, a young guy visited our house to find out what went wrong in the washing machine (semi automatic) as the drier did not work. As he was trying to find out the fault, he deliberately cut few wires to do some testing using few external devices which did not work. Finally, he said the fault is with the motor and we have to change the motor which could cost Rs. 3500 plus he would clean the washing tub which would cost Rs. 650 per packet x 2. I still was patient as I came to know the motor does not cost much but its okay as far he does the work with due diligence. Now, its been almost 6 days and I keep following up with not respite. Finally, I was told someone would come today to fix the issue. Let me see if they keep up their promise. Will update my findings soon. It's been 3 months since I'm waiting for them to fix the issue with no avail.
