Dear All, I am sharing my True Experience and I firmly Recommend Pradeep for your AC Service. I have a Panasonic Inverter AC old 5 years, which was not cooling to be serviced and to be shifted reinstalled. I contacted Panasonic AC Service centre Zam zam Airconditioners. Lately I found, they are fraud cheaters ,I was too trapped to them, lucky escaped from them (details Googled Zam Zam Airconditioners - Panasonic AC Service center Coimbatore). After that I Googled, I found Pradeep. I called him and told him the problem in AC. He told me let him try to find the problem, if he is not able to solve it , he told me I don't have any option need to go to Authorised Centre. After that through the phone he guided me to check the Error code, which I was not able to find. He then personally came and found the problem, a squril nest was there which blocked the fan. He showed me the garbage in outdoor unit squril did.He cleaned all Outdoor units Indoor unit and explained me step by step what service is he doing,& the condition of AC too and then he gave me guidance how to take care of AC and to solve minor problems in AC. After that I came to know how much I was got cheated from other AC Service ppl earlier. Pradeep's Honesty Sincere Helping nature and too not found of Money has made me more inspired on him. So long years I seen AC service ppl cheating the customers. But Pradeep is exception to all . Knowing the customer pain and giving us honest service & reasonable charge for his work.
