I called the IFB service center and the lady who answered was extremely arrogant, disrespectful and rude. She spoke in a very unprofessional manner and showed zero courtesy towards a customer. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable from a service center and reflects very poorly on IFB. Highly disappointed!
