Very bad. Called them regarding a damage problem in my phone, the women was laughing and giggling with her friends in the background I tried to explain my problem but they were busy in talking and laughing behind and for enquiry I asked if they are available on Sunday and before I could complete my sentence the girl hanged my phone right after saying no to me in call. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Good. I have wonderful experience with the service centre . I have given my phone and I have received the phone very same day with excellent repair service. Front office staff Ashu Gautam Mam is prompt and cooperative.

AVOID FLIP OR FOLD, THIR HINGE HAS PROBLEMS. Samsung is doing a very good job removing warranty for phone 6 months old. connecting screen dot to a scratch on hindge and charging 30k to replace everything. Attached video, serial number and purchase date so that anyone can check.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. The technician came, did some work on the machine, and it worked for only 10 minutes. He charged ₹4,800 and left. As soon as he left, the machine stopped working again. When we contacted him, he promised to come back but never did. We also followed up with the service company, but they never sent any technician either. This feels like a fraudulent and unprofessional company, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services.

Service providers dont tell the expense in advance and handover overly expensive bill for the repair which can get you even a new microwave instead of getting the old one repaired. Highly unprofessional.
