So, I bought a PS5 from here yesterday. The price written on the box was ₹44,990, but this senseless and rude owner, who doesn’t even know how to talk to customers, sold it to me for ₹46,990. I told him, “But the price is written as ₹44,990. How can you sell it for ₹46,990?” And he replied, “What if I say this is already booked? What will you do then?” Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before coming here. Had I done so, I would have never made a purchase from this place. Now either he or someone from his team will reply with some nonsense just to make it seem like it’s my fault. Edit:- As I said, they were bound to come up with some nonsense. And yes, he’s my brother. As for the photo, you forced it saying that you had to send it to Sony. He’s not happy with your service or anything. Stop behaving like a kid. Also, don’t use my brother’s photo without our consent. You never said it would be used for social media, you said it had to be sent to Sony to confirm that this unit was sold. Edited 2:- Here’s the bill and here’s the price written on the box. Now return my money. Their reply clearly shows how uneducated and ill-mannered these people are. They don’t even know how to talk to customers. They think if they reply after two days and write anything, we’ll just accept it. I’ll tell every customer who goes there that they should go at their own risk, and never ever give their photo to these people. Edited 3:- Now I’ve understood what they are doing. They have added a game worth around ₹1200 to my bill, which firstly, I never received. But these cheaters, stupid, and senseless people will now claim that I took the game. ₹1200 doesn’t matter to me, but the truth is that this store and its owner are complete frauds, and they don’t even know how to talk to customers. For anyone planning to buy from here, keep a few things in mind: 1. Never give them your photo, no matter what reason they give. 2. If the owner talks rudely, don’t buy anything, just leave a 1-star review. And as for the extra money that this store owner took from me, consider it a donation I’ve given you.
