Called for AC service. Technician never showed up. Called and waited for 2 days. Then moved on to other service provider.

He charged me for gas refill and then in few days it leaked. He said I need to pay in full. He was supposed to use nitrogen pressure and identify the leak before filling it up for the first time. And then he is making excuses that minor leaks can't be detected and they need to check for leak like you check for tyre puncture by dipping in a bucket of water. I then hired from urban clap who used nitrogen pressure to find the leaks, fixed then and refilled the gas. AC has been working well since 2 months now. Update: Replying to what they have written as a reply to review. They charged for gas refill in March. Then in May they filled again without fixing the gas leak. I told them I'll test for 2 days this time and then pay again. The guy made an upset crying face, left and never came back. He knew the gas won't stay because he never fixed the leak.
