I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service provided by Siyram Lifestyle. Each time I have contacted your customer service representatives, I have been met with assurances that my issue will be addressed promptly. However, to my dismay, no action has been taken, and there has been a complete lack of follow-up from your end. I find it unacceptable that a company of your stature would neglect its duty to provide adequate customer support, especially for products covered under warranty. This experience has not only caused inconvenience but has also eroded my trust in Siyram Lifestyle as a reliable provider of quality goods and services. I have exhausted all avenues available to me to resolve this matter, including contacting your customer service hotline and requesting to speak with senior representatives. Regrettably, these efforts have been futile, as promised callbacks and resolutions have failed to materialize. Therefore, I am left with no choice but to escalate this complaint formally. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide the necessary assistance to address my concerns. My expectations are simple: I require a prompt response outlining the steps that will be taken to resolve my complaint satisfactorily. DO NOt, I once again repeat DO NOT use this agency for AC service. They are a group of thugs. We engaged with them through Daikin customer care. They came and serviced a 2 year old AC. Told us gas needs to be refilled. They refilled gas and gave us a guarantee of 6 months. But after they left AC isn't cooling properly. We gave been calling up for a week, they don't take calls and neither call back... Wasted 4000 Rs on them.

The number given on the site is attended by so called Mr. Yusuf, even after 4:30hrs of waiting no body came for maintenance…. The person was so irresponsive that not bothered to explain the situation…. Don’t know y a global company like Daikin is working in such way through channel partners, it is blot on their reputation.

Horrible service center .....mannerless people on the phone.....after waiting for 2 days no one showed up.....please do not use this agency....and the person who was calling me continously for location did not show up after 2 days ...and when I asked him why, he told me to complain to whomsoever I want and he doesn't care.....the same attitude with the call center which was super rude....
