Quite good place for buying electric goods.

I bought a Voltas AC on higher price then online on one condition that they will install it the same day ,waiting whole day they don't pick the call ,poor services after sales .will not recommend to anyone

One of the best showrooms in Dehradun where one get the best of electrical appliances at the best rates( i haven't seen any other showroom which beats their rates and service). Both the brothers are highly professional and take care if any complaint regarding the service is made.

Too much arrogance . They are highly unprofessional thinking themselves to be too superior . They themselves need to first learn to handle customers and talk politely . Understanding the amount of customer they get on the professional tools shop can be high and diverse but people visiting your showroom for AC/Refrigerator needs some politeness and a happy face . Irrespective of the type of customer , they should show some sense of respect towards them .And above never expect any kind of support after sales . Once the product is out of their shop or leave that once you have made the payment , they dont know you !!!
