LG Delhi Central West Service Center (LG Owned Center)

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the LG Service Center in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the service provided, specifically with MR.GAURAV SHEKHER , the Team Manager at the center. I BIOKED my AC for service, and without any prior notice or information, I was charged Rs. 767/- for the service. I was unaware that this charge would apply, When I raised this concern, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from Mr. Shekher, who mistreated both myself and my wife during the interaction. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. After that I want the bill of my paid amount .767/- but Mr. Rahul ( technician) is denied to give bill and he has taken the bill amount in his personal account and when I raised the voice MR. GAURAV SHEKHER ha mis behaved I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, clarify the charges, and ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future. I hope for a prompt resolution, including a refund for the unjustified charge, and appropriate action against the behavior I experienced.

Mr. Amit rathore the AMD of the lg Electronics in rama road branch very Bad behavior with the employees of Lg Electronics every time deducted the salary of employees never thought about his own employees treat like a servant after the sesion off in November December month he get off the employees from company without any reason because of sesion off and less work very poor experience I request to the senior of lg change the AMD because he never co operate with employees every time he treat like a servant ...

I need basket door for refrigerator...I visit there for plastic part purchase .... service is good and fast ...price is also reasonable..

Purchase a monitor which have backlight bleed and flickering issues but the technician says it is normal and doesnt even know how to talk to a customer, poor management and i highly doubt there skills. Technician JATIN KAPOOR even scratched my screen panel and says sorry dont complain about me and now says i dont know. When the screen was flickering then also they are denying that it isnt flickering Dont expect good service from LG It is a scam!

Very bad behaviour by the staff . First they give u slot for the service,then the person doesnot come. Neither u get any proper response from the service centre . The recruit engineers who donot respond to the calls. The head of the centre Mr. Deepak Tyagi is so unprofessional, he doesn't know how to sort out the matter. Service centre lady is so rude and started threatening me saying police nd wat not. We buy so expensive appliances nd when it comes to service , zero at providing service. Nd fight with the customers. Better buy Samsung , Bosch , whirlpool, godrej or any other brand !! #Boycott Lg appliances.
