They visited my home four times to fix a gas leak issue in my split AC, but their service only made things worse. The technician's careless handling of the indoor unit's U-bend(C- bend), overheating it to the point of damage, was just the beginning. Despite their warranty claim, they failed to resolve the issue, and their repeated visits only led to further frustration. The issues I faced include: - Gas leak problem not resolved despite multiple visits - U-bend damage due to overheating - Ice freezing on condenser coil due to gas leak - Additional charges of Rs. 1000 without prior consent - Damage to the blower (7-8 fins broken) - Damage to the AC's speaker (clicking sound not working) - Lack of accountability and transparency - Refusal to take calls and broken promises - Poor communication and unprofessional behavior - Improper alignment of indoor unit, which doesn't look even Eventually, they took my AC unit to their shop, fixed the issue (for an additional fee), but damaged the blower and speaker in the process. It's worth noting that some of their workers were polite and courteous, which makes their overall poor service even more disappointing. As someone who supports local businesses, I'm disappointed to see this level of service. For complex work like AC repairs, I would recommend going with authorized service providers. They have accountability towards their customers, ensuring better quality and professionalism. *Lesson Learned:* Don't fall for online reviews or cheap services.
