Don't buy any product, they are the cheaters. I took new Bluestar A/c which had fault, when I asked them to change they refused and asked me to contact customer support. I asked them it is your responsibility to change. The answer was "we never invited you to buy A/C now if it is faulty it is yours"

Pathetic service by them. They supply defective goods and then refuse to do anything. They rudely say that they have sold the product and now it is not their problem
