Voltas Service Center

Tgey have repaired my Window Voltas AC however just in a month, it got breakdown and ager so many compliments, Gohelper never helped

The staffs of voltas ac service centre in Delhi are a very rude and not reliable they cooks so many story and never attended problem on mentioned date. Their sales after service very pathetic in which they allocate complaint to hired agents. Be cautious about voltas product and their sales after service. Area manager and his team very customer unfriendly.

very very pathetic services , i had registered complaint AC 5th April 2024 and executive had visited on 11th April and told us compressor is not working and we will replace in next three four days, but to date (27April 2024) no solution I am registered complaints continuing mail or telephonic, company is aligned services center but services center is not taken the seriously because no executive visit till date. I am regular follow-up but not getting the solutions ,

We purchase window AC from Mayur Engineers pvt ltd sector 16 Faridabad .and there team suppose to installed this AC but from last 24hr i was waiting for them and they are keep telling me with in 0 mint person will reach but no one turn up . Even i called there ASM Mr Jagdeep Bajwa also they also said your problem resole with in hr time but again same . now tell me to whom will ask for same.
