In an emergency situation, I connected with Ankit Car Care Center for some urgent work on my car. After experiencing their service, I realized they offer much better quality and professionalism compared to other service providers in the market. Since then, I have always preferred this service station over the official service center. The authorized center was charging me higher prices, whereas Ankit Car Care Center provided better service, reasonable pricing, and excellent hospitality.

⭐ Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended This was my first time getting my Hyundai car serviced outside an authorized service station, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff lacks basic technical knowledge and their behavior is very unprofessional. The attitude was rude, as if they were doing the work for free. There was no proper communication, no responsibility, and no respect for the customer. I visited for a battery change, but instead of guidance, I faced arrogance and poor handling. This kind of behavior creates zero trust. I will not recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine service or professionalism.

The team is truly professional and trustworthy, entire experience was hassle free, the way they communicate about every requirements and update was outstanding, the good thing is they won't force you to take or add unnecessary stuffs which many of the service outlets even the branded one ask you for. What impressed me the most is their ability to diagnose car issues just by driving it—something even authorized service centers failed to do. For the last three years, I’ve been getting my Tata Nexon (Petrol) serviced at authorized Tata centers—Sagar Motors Noida and Tata Treo Okhla. Shockingly, none of them ever pointed out that my wheel alignment was off. I drove for three long years with a tilted wheel, completely unaware! Things got worse when my car failed the PUC test due to high CO emissions. I tried multiple petrol pump mechanics and even took it back to Tata Treo, who kept the car for an entire day but did nothing—the emissions remained high. Frustrated, I somehow managed to get it passed through an off-the-table arrangement. Finally, for my next service, I decided to try Ankit’s garage (especially since all Faridabad Tata centers had terrible reviews). His team immediately identified the wheel alignment issue, which I got fixed, and the ride became unbelievably smooth! They also recommended Eneos Japanese engine oil, and the difference in performance is noticeable. The best part? A few days after service, I retested the PUC—the CO levels dropped to **0.13** (previously **0.38-0.45+**), something Tata’s "experts" couldn’t achieve. This just proves the difference between a **passionate, skilled technician** and a **corporate service center** filled with indifferent staff. Thank you, Ankit!
