I contacted this AC technician for a complete AC service, including cleaning and gas level checking, as my AC was not cooling properly. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Despite informing him that the cooling was inadequate, he neither completed the service properly nor checked the gas level, even though I was willing to pay for it. He simply said the AC was cooling fine and ignored my concerns. This is not the kind of service one expects. I’m sharing this feedback so others can be aware and make an informed decision before hiring.
