Absolutely horrible experience with GR AC Service. This place is a total fraud. They are nothing but cheats who only care about looting customers. I trusted them for AC repair, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions. Not only did they overcharge me, but the problem wasn’t even fixed properly. Within days, the same issue came back. Their behavior is extremely unprofessional, especially the younger guys working there. They lie, make excuses, and delay work on purpose. When I tried to follow up, they either ignored my calls or gave false promises. It's clear they are running a scam operation with no interest in genuine service. Please do not trust GR AC Service with your appliances. There are plenty of better, honest service providers out there. Save yourself the headache, money, and stress. I really regret not checking reviews before dealing with them. Shame on them for cheating people who come to them in good faith. I hope others read this and stay far away from this fraud company. They deserve zero stars for their terrible work and unethical behavior.

Edited (To respond to the owner) These are a group of fraudsters with no work ethics. They came in last week and refilled my refrigerant and cleaned the AC. Few days later the AC stopped working and there was a refrigerant leak error. When i tried contacting them to take a look at the issue, i received no response once they came to know that i am not a new customer. Upon the person's initial visit, i was assured a warranty of 3 months after service. The person's name is Gouhar Choudhary. Please avoid doing business with the fraudster. My pcv board is not damaged, and you would not know about it as you did not visit once. The issue is that gas is leaking as you did not do your job and i already tried calling you several times and you did not visit once. You said that you have a 10 years of experience and there will be no leakage in gas when you filled it. I was insisting that its not a good idea to fill gas before checking thoroughly for leaks. It will be good for others if you 1st learn how to work on ACs before starting a unethical and fraud business.
