They offer very good servicing for AC, Refrigerator and washing machines. My refrigerator had gas leak issue which was fixed by them. They were good at diagnosis and fixing the problem.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Mech World Service in Gurgaon for an A/C service, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I cannot emphasize enough how unqualified and unprofessional their technician was. To begin with, the technician arrived ill-prepared, lacking the necessary equipment required for the service. I was shocked to find out that he expected me to assist him throughout the process. It was clear that he lacked the expertise and knowledge required to handle the job independently. Moreover, the technician's attitude was outright rude and disrespectful. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism, which further exacerbated the already frustrating situation. The technician's incompetence became evident when he attempted to clean the outdoor unit of my inverter A/C. In the process, he carelessly spilled water on the outdoor PCB unit, resulting in an error message when the A/C was turned on. It was shocking to discover that he had no idea how to retrieve the error code or resolve the issue. I had to take matters into my own hands and contacted the manufacturer, Diaken, who confirmed that the PCB had been damaged and needed to be replaced. This cost me a hefty amount of 9300 rs, which I had to bear due to the technician's negligence. Adding insult to injury, the technician had the audacity to demand a payment of 500 rs for the subpar service he provided. He persistently called me for payment until I reluctantly paid him, just to put an end to the constant harassment. I strongly advise against using Mech World Service for any kind of service. Their technicians are ill-equipped, untrained in handling modern A/C technology, and lack basic knowledge about the systems they are supposed to service. I recommend reaching out directly to the manufacturer for any servicing needs, as their engineers are well-versed in the intricacies of their products. Save yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and financial burden by avoiding Mech World Service at all costs.

Pathetic installation service. They sent such stupid inexperienced duo to install my AC. Not only they took 3 hours, one of the guys fell while installing, injuring himself, but ever since they installed, my AC is leaking water and not cooling like it used to.

Overall good experience. Little bit lack of professionalism but overall they have knowledge and can fox the issues.

Mech World service provide best Services because they have Knowledgeable Technicians . I had booked my Refrigerator repair from urban company earlier but there person could not make out the real problem. But Technician from Mech world was emazing. Finally our Refrigerator is working fine . All thanks to Full Team there .
