CUSTOMERS BE-AWARE OR BEWARE!!! Alright! After so many great reviews, feels awkward to write something bad. But, I have to write my horrific experience here for the sake of other vulnerable customers. I visited this store to replace two tyres for my i-20. They are authorized bridgestone shop and so, you will get authentic tyres with proper warranty and all. Now comes the actual part. Suddenly, i am welcomed inside and almost forcefully made to sit inside with tea/ coffee offers etc. But, all I wanted was to see the process of changing the tyre. Before i could realize the wheels were open. And, suddenly one of the mechanic came snd said that one of my alloy wheel had a crack and air was leaking after I changed to brand new tyre. Now, thats not possible because i did not came to the store with this problem. I travelled 130 kms before this in a 4 lane smooth highway. Got my tyre pressure checked during refuelling my car and it was perfect. The crack seemed fresh to me. And no way i could have travelled 130 km with that alloy leak. Suddenly, the mechanics transferred themselves from the role of tyre fitting mechanics to sales representatives of Alloy wheels, showing me designs in their cell phones, bargaining, giving me offers. Persuading me to buy from their contacts.. I felt something was off. I came out of the store highly disgusted and disappointed after changing it to the stepnie tyre. I then asked around people from my previous service personnels from hyundai, from previous cities where i serviced my car, even the guwahati one. I even googled the event that had happened to me. And it was a common SCAM that everywhere happens. Words of caution were given in the site and when I think of it, everything had happened to me in the exact same way. I request the owner of this shop to make every changes in front of customers and maintain transpsrency. If these malpractices happen under your watch, its a shame. People’s trust will lose. Request everyone who visits the shop to keep vigil on the whole process.. and keep yourself away from having any scam or unpleassnt event.
