I am writing this feedback to express my absolute dissatisfaction with the recent AC installation service provided by your company. Frankly, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, it was evident that your technicians were either completely clueless or utterly disinterested in their job. Not only did they arrive late, but they also seemed to lack the basic knowledge required for a proper AC installation. It was as if they were assembling a puzzle without the picture on the box. The icing on the cake was when they managed to damage my walls while installing the unit. Not only did they create a mess, but they also left debris and discarded materials scattered around my property. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism and disregard for a customer's property. I was over charged apart from installation charges in the name of copper wire fitting and water pipe fitting charges. I attempted to contact your customer service multiple times to address these issues, but the responses I received were nothing short of dismissive and unhelpful. It's as if your company's approach to customer service is to ignore problems until they go away on their own. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure such a frustrating and disappointing experience with your company in the future. If this is the level of service you provide, I can confidently say that I will never recommend your services to anyone.

Unprofessional and over burdened Voltas customer service. Unable to provide service on scheduled date. Service manager Anjan Bora is hereby informed to upscale customer service response with perfect scheduled date and time.

I asked them to share the job sheet needed for the replacement of the defective product, but they asked me to share the screenshot of the message where code is there, saw i asked them is it necessary then the guy told me that i m being oversmart, i mean look at them how they r talking with a customer , pathetic behaviour

Its been more than 5 days no call from technician. Dont rely on this service center as they don't respond to your calls
