Havells service center

I have a geyser which is not functioning properly and the product is still in warranty. I raised a complaint one week ago and the technician unable to fix it, so that person takes the geyser at the service centre and after 5 days they gives the geyser back and the product is still not working and now they are not picking my Phone ,I think they are trying to defame havells brand and next time I,m not going to buy any of the havells product. "The great company with poor service"

New havells cooler and fans bought both turned out to be defective When contacted they sent a service repair agent named rathod who had a very rude and unacceptable behavior towards my old father. Had no respect how to talk to a senior citizen. New cooler's motor stopped working within a week. New havells equipments bought with faulty equipments. Really unhappy with the service specially with the behavior of the staff.

Third class. They do not perform service up to mark. Certainly , this service centre will defame havells.
